1 / Rates and Billing

  • Consultations with Catalyst Crew Technology begin at $200.00 per hour.

  • Services are billed in 30-minute increments for onsite support and in 15-minute increments for remote support.

  • New customers are required to purchase a minimum of one hour.

  • Hours may be pre-purchased at a reduced rate in blocks, each consisting of 5 hours, starting at a rate of $180.00 per hour.

  • Unused pre-purchased hours will expire one year after the purchase date.

  • For Managed Service Plan members, reduced rates begin at $140.00 per hour for work outside the scope of either the Active or Passive Plan.

  • Rates may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

  • Estimates can be provided upfront if a clearly defined scope of work is supplied.

  • A one-hour consultation may be necessary to discuss larger or more complex projects.

  • Onsite visits will be billed at a minimum of one hour.

  • Work conducted outside standard business hours or on holidays will incur a higher rate.

  • The hourly rate may increase for specialized products.

2 / Hours for New Customers

  • Our regular business hours are weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM (US Central Time). In case of an emergency, please call (469) 300-2217. Note that after-hour billing may apply.

  • If you are a Managed Service Plan member and experiencing an emergency, please call your assigned emergency contact and open a ticket as soon as possible.

3 / Collaboration Tools Used

  • Zoom is our preferred tool for meetings. Use of webcams is optional. If a microphone is not available on your computer, you may opt to use a phone to dial into the meeting. You will receive the necessary information once your appointment has been confirmed by our technician.

  • Should remote configuration be necessary, we may request that you connect us to your computer via ScreenConnect at the start of your appointment.

  • We generally avoid using other meeting or remote connection software.

4 / What if I want to send you documentation or screenshots before our appointment?

  • Our technician will provide you with a secure method for sharing files with us. Please refrain from sending passwords or sensitive information via email or through our website's contact form.
